Load analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Even on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twproject.com\/blog\/how-to-measure-the-departments-workload\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resource workload analysis<\/a><\/strong> page, filters are an excellent monitoring tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To optimize resource workload, for example, you can use a filter that combines resources and work periods. The system already gives us predefined time frames (last week, last month, etc.) but it also allows us to define the time frame in a customized way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us now look at two advanced features that will allow us to conduct research and get totally customized visualizations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Query by Example (QBE)<\/strong>:<br>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/technology\/query-by-example\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">QBE <\/a><\/strong>is a useful tool to enable the user to perform queries in a simplified manner. In this way you can select a group of users of your interest and filter by areas in which the group is involved.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This could be useful, for instance, when planning workloads and assigning tasks.
