Let us see some of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"wbs\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>2.1.1. Setting the WBS<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We can assign certain phases and sub-phases to our project model, to which we can later assign the corresponding timeframes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"227\" height=\"322\" src=\"https:\/\/twproject.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/creazione-wbs.gif\" alt=\"Setting of a WBS for the project template \" class=\"wp-image-24844\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>project structure<\/strong>, or <strong>WBS<\/strong>, can in fact be recurring on various projects, and if we optimise its creation we will achieve considerable time savings, especially for complex and structured projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we will not risk forgetting any stage and will create a <strong>predefined protocol <\/strong>to be followed for all future projects of a given type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"gantt\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1.2. Costs and much more  <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>As we have seen, project Templates are very customisable according to our needs and allow us to insert all kinds of data that may be useful in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This data to be pre-filled may include, for example, the budget for foreseen <strong>ancillary expenses<\/strong>, which we enter in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twproject.com\/blog\/project-costs-everything-under-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cost management <\/a><\/strong>report. Or even the <strong>estimated costs <\/strong>for staff work, through which we will begin to build up the cost statement as soon as the template is drawn up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we can also pre-insert: documentation, <strong>useful links<\/strong>, <strong>general information<\/strong>, <strong>expected revenues <\/strong>and all sorts of data that also appears on classic projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything will, of course, be editable later, both on the template itself and directly on the projects that will result from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"cloning\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2. Creating a project from Template  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally, here is how to use the templates created, whether you started from an empty template or chose to use an existing project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating a new project, we can select the item \u2018<strong>Create a project from template<\/strong>\u2019 that appears in the selection menu on the \u2018<strong>Add<\/strong>\u2019 button of the Project List page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project thus created will already contain all the pre-filled data we have entered in the source template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"phase\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.3.1.
