Yes, you can set any event as \u201cprivate\u201d directly from agenda in-place editor. More options are available in the full editor.
\nPrivate events descriptions are visible to the owner and participants only.<\/p>\n

How can I manage work permit and leaves?<\/h2>\n

You have to first create your event type and mark them as unavailable from the tools page. Events marked this way are not counted in resource workload.<\/p>\n

Can I create recurring events?<\/h2>\n

Yes, Twproject manages daily, weekly, monthly and yearly events. Click \u201cedit\u201d on the agenda in-place editor to access the full view.<\/p>\n

Can I manage a meeting?<\/h2>\n

Yes. Every agenda appointment can be transformed to a meeting. Twproject has a powerful tool for managing meetings. From the event full editor, click on \u201cset meeting\u201d button.\u00a0You can involve project teams, adding discussion points, manage the meeting minute and attach documents.\u00a0There is also the option to select a part of this record and transform it directly into an ToDo!<\/p>\n

How can I see a team agenda?<\/h2>\n

Every project, phases, company or department defines a workgroup. In the project\/resource editor, you will find the \u201cworkgroup\u201d box. Just click on agenda\/meetings link.
\nYou can eventually add or remove member on-the-fly from the event editor.
