Neither figure clearly prevails, and collaboration becomes the key to success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of structure can be more complex to manage, but it is also very effective in contexts where it is necessary to balance technical skills and focus on <strong>project objectives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the <strong>strong matrix <\/strong>involves a project manager with strong authority, similar to that found in a completely project-based structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choosing the right configuration could be crucial to the success of the project. Understanding levels of responsibility and authority is essential for aligning the team, avoiding conflicts and <strong>achieving objectives<\/strong> effectively.<br><a name=\"types\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"pros\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The pros of a matrix organizational structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A matrix organizational structure is not a valid solution in every case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are advantages and disadvantages that must be understood and analyzed to know if it is the right model for a particular organization. Let&#8217;s see below which are the cons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees may refer to two managers, which can be confusing and could cause conflicts.
